I made it through the day without napping!!!

This morning we were able to go up Table Mountain, thankfully the wind died down enough last night that the cable cars were running again. We got there fairly early, although some how got tangled into a group of elementary school girls, in the line up the mounatain. Thankfully, we didn't have to get into the cable car with them, they were basically screaming and giggling the whole way up, I'm pretty sure you could hear them!

Right before our cable car showed up, a group of people showed up and jumped the huge queue. Everyone was trying to figure out who these people were, they had video cameras and had the look of they were going to film something. Turns out, it was T.I., the one member had a really cool bag, which I mentioned to him and honestly he was so stoned that it took him awhile to reply and I have no idea what he said back.

The mounatain was pretty cool, big, flat, and well rocky. You don't realize how high up you are until you're looking down at the City and realize how small the buildings are.
Here's a photo of us at the top of the mountain.

From there we cruised the coastline to take in some sites, Jonathan is not the greatest at taking photos, so I tend to have a lot of these style photos of myself.

Needless to say in Italy, Jonathan had a good laugh at the many faces of Audrey. We continued on to a  different colony of Penguins.

Yesterday Penguins were pretty cool, the conservation authority has had to build boardwalks due to people trying to steal eggs and babies! Seriously the gall of some people, who steal these things? I think because we went to the one colony on the weekend it was pretty crowded. And of course with crowds you get rude people, like the family who was literally shoving thier baby stroller to get people to move so they could get a good stop to look. Not only that but the mom kept complaining what a rip off it was, 35R ($3.50) to see some penguins. It was apparently a bigger rip off then the guy selling them ivory. That comment pissed me off, I think she's got her priorities wrong. But that's me.

Today's visit was much better, it was a larger group of penguins and barely any people around. Although, because of the way the wind was blowing... You got reminded of how stinky these guys are!

After penguins, we went to a lovely garden for lunch and a bit of a stroll.

Due to weather, our our shark diving was cancelled, but thankfully, we should be able to still go tomorrow!! It's an early start, we have to leave here at 5:45am and then have an extremely long day after that. I'm sure we will just KO at the end of the day.
